I felt welcomed from the minute I walked into the store. The service was speedy. I had to buy a new tire and the manager did everything he could to engage the tire and wheel warranty. This service is the kind that brings people back.

Amidst the terrible storm the night before that hit biloxi the members of the pep boys team here were incredible with helping me. I got a huge metal nail in my tire while traveling for work from out of state. They were so timely and kind! Definitely recommend service here for travelers and locals!

ck engine lite on, did diagnostic; ignition coil fix, removing intake, gasket, changing spark plugs, Mgr, Alan, got my Ensurance extended warranty, to pay for it. I only had to pay deductible. Ubered me to hotel, that evening, then paid cab to return me for van pk up, next morning, as Ensurance , didn't pay til next day. Mini-Van runs smoothly, and gets much better mileage. Coffee available, and Alan treated me to Coke, & Lance crackers, as I had no lunch. Super staff, all very knowledgeable, and treated me as their Granny, just wonderfully patient, and just good home folks!!!

Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: Impeccable service! They completed an oil change, installed new brakes, and fixed my right low-beam light—all in a very short amount of time. The work was extremely efficient and reliable, and all my dashboard warning lights are now gone. Highly recommend!

I went here today on 05/04/2024 because my headlights went out from all the night long drives. Brian was very welcoming, professional, and gave frequent updates. They recommended changing my tires, which I should do soon. But I declined since I had an appointment. However, I was impressed how they didn't fight too much on upselling everything. I'll definitely be coming back. I recommend anyone give them a try.
